Abstract Art and Surrealism
Unakoko (Wang Jingting) graduated from the University of San Francisco. As a post-90s pioneering cross-border artist, she is known for her unique creative style and exploration of surrealism. Her works have won the Abstract Art Competition, Las Laguna Art Gallery Finalist Award, etc. Through the geometric composition of lines, shapes, and still lifes, she has demonstrated a deep understanding of abstraction and formal language in artistic creation. She is good at using the flow and interlacing of lines to create fascinating patterns and geometric structures. This intricate line presents the uncertainty and volatility of particles in the quantum world and outlines a surreal illusion.
ARTWORKS
In Unakoko’s visionary universe, Dawn in the Quantum Metropolis immerses the audience into a future city compressed to quantum scale—where architectures are stacked by quarks, streets trace particle collisions, and humans navigate through the cracks of probability. Through digital painting and dynamic light interplay, Unakoko’s work blurs the line between sci-fi and philosophy. Recurring symbols of "suspension" critique modernity’s obsession with speed and its fragility, while the quantum city’s framework mirrors humanity’s resilience within cosmic insignificance. The artist cites the "observer effect" in quantum physics as key inspiration: "We think we’re living, but perhaps we’re just a data frame in a higher dimension’s consciousness."
